Is that Jackson's version? I loved parts of that film but disliked too much of it. It doesn't help that I find Jack Black waaaay overrated and therefore annoying. tongue Hated the spiders scene as well.

I'll have to re-watch the '76 version and see how it's held up.

It's Jackson's version.

That spiders in the canyon scene was in the original 1933 version, but test audiences were grossed out and left the theater. So they cut it.
