^ Utterly awesome
I think you need to up the letterSpace in urxvt though, the letters seem to be running together a bit.
You ever run bspwm as the window manager for Xfce
I tried it briefly a while ago but I could never get them to integrate quite as well as I liked (can't remember the details though).
My earlier scrot was LXQt with bspwm as the window manager, it can be added via the session manager and seems to behave very well indeed.
is that what you're doing?
No, I'm now running plain bspwm with xfce4-panel added to the autostart file, details here:

As I noted in that post, I always prefer simple WM desktops (like BL) over session-managed DEs because they are easier to understand (and tweak), more reliable & less likely to break and also lighter on resources but I think that perhaps I'm preaching to the choir here O:)
sxhkd isn't needed
Hmmm, I really like sxhkd, it's the best keybind program *ever* (IMO) and it's much easier to bind the `bspc` command chains with that than with XFCE's tool, which is also much heavier.
Anyway, back on topic with my OpenBSD desktop:

If it's pretty statical you could scrot 5-10 frames and use something like median blending to get rid of blocking/noise/whateverIsMoving.
For the urxvt colors I'd dig here https://github.com/dkeg/crayolo
Edit: Something complementary.

~65MiB isn't bad for a 64-bit system but why does systemd use up so much memory?
