It's pekwm. Here's my dotfiles. I have an openbox version, though it's a slight variation of the screenshot's color scheme.

Missed this somehow:
I have tried the 'grsec' kernel and 'vanilla' kernel options.
I always get a kernel panic error...
Is that with the ISO image? Be sure to transfer using `cp` or `dd` as they have isohybrid images.
The installed system needs to have the filesystem module declared as a kernel command line parameter or it will panic on booting.
FWIW, I have the same problem with Void Linux on my hardware... :cry:

Fresh install:
Taken ~100MiB off the stock RAM total by disabling clipit & nm-applet, switching from terminator to urxvt, bash to mksh, NetworkManager to systemd-networkd and changing from LightDM to a console login, which also has the benefit of running X as the normal user (LightDM runs it as root, sadly).
Note also the trendy new Inconsolata monospace font, this is applied system-wide, even in Firefox 8)
