Re: BLOB - BunsenLabs Openbox Configuration Manager (needs testing )

Thanks for BLOB damo, I installed it yesterday and everything works fine : wallpaper, gtk theme, conky, obtheme, no problem at all.
It would be nice to have it in the blwelcome.

Re: BLOB - BunsenLabs Openbox Configuration Manager (needs testing )

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you on this damo. I have been rather busy lately and the little time I have had for BL has been occupied checking out the newest changes to tint2. I tested your latest commit for terminator configs out and everything appears to be in order. It has taken me forever to get this terminator config the way I want it, so I am glad that BLOB is able to back it up and restore it.

I have been thinking for some time how nice it would be to be able to automate moving all these configs around whenever I build a system up. I am glad you were able to come up with something like this. If I ever find the time to tackle a couple of the bigger projects that I have in my mind, this will be very handy, indeed.

It should be part of the base system, IMO.

It would be included in bunsen-utilities if it didn't depend on yad. As things are atm BLOB is in bunsen-extras which will be available in backports soonish, along with yad. Any scripts dependent on backported packages will go in bunsen-extras. If at any point in the future a decision were made to put the backported yad in the iso and main repos, then BLOB would be moved to bunsen-utilities.

Now there is an option to save X colors (.bashrc, .Xresources); and because the list is getting longer I've added a "Select all" button for the Save dialog smile

^ If you consider that in linux "everything is a file", then yes! Save the config directory: ~/.config/blob
