Wasn't it a problem of doubling network start?

Perhaps.

You could try to debug NetworkManager further:

https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Network … /Debugging

A quick search of bugs.debian.org brings up a few reports:

https://bugs.debian.org/832093 suggests disabling NetworkManager-wait-online.service (this is only needed for mounting remote shares).

https://bugs.debian.org/837597 is fixed with version 3.5.6 of gnutls -- you could try pulling that from sid and see if it fixes your problem properly.

If you use reportbug then you will be able to view other reports relating to NM and perhaps submit your own.

Guide here:

https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting

I have marked the thread as [SOLVED] anyway.

I get a similar message sometimes, although no indication what program is involved, on my instances of BL under Unstable, but it happens when shutting down.  I just wait the full 90 seconds and the system then shuts down.
