What's wrong with it?
You have to wait until the first update of the script in order to have the correct forecast.

New 2_WUN script - Release Candidate 3

More conkyrc files, execpi replaced with texeci everywhere (except from the hourly conkyrc of course). Minor fixes to the script. I added a section where a large, 24h hourly forecast is generated ready for conky to use.

Teo, here is my result of the 3

Your pictures are too big. That's why in the script, line 103

...70 -s 60x60}

downsized to

...35 -s 30x30}

This is very practical compared to the variant conkyrc, ]:D where the corresponding reduction is extensive.
Or, do you have a simple trick?

This Conky worked immediately correctly (except for the big pictures)
Is it correct, when updating the script the images disappear for a short time?

By the way, with the syntax1.9 in BL I have only half the upper line. Nothing else. I haven't figured out yet why this is so

No trick whatsoever, it's just my 4k monitor's dpi setting. Nothing can be done, it requires user intevention...

Have you put the correct pause command in the script?
ie line 4 should be

weather_conky_launch_command="conky -c wu_conkyrc3"

EDIT: Maybe it's texeci replacing execpi that's causing this image disappearance. See here

There is a conky 1.9 --> conky 1.10 script. One should create a reverse one to save you the trouble.
