there does seem to be a mounting issue of some kind that i have noticed with the kernel when booting into Live Bunsen
Please explain this a bit more.
Can you get a connection in the live environment?
Please open a terminal window and run this command:
udevadm monitor
Then plug in the USB dongle and post any output that appears in the terminal window.
Offline
Have you tried installing from a different usb-port? Pick a usb2-port if you can. Also, remove any extra memory-cards and stuff that aren't needed for the install.
By the way, do you get a wifi-connection when booting in live-mode?

This what I get when I use the udevadm command

I have also noticed that when trying to access my SSID with the udev monitor active there is absolutely no activity from the Buffalo (Ralink) Adapter at all within the terminal window even though I have triple checked my password repeatedly, but still works with linux mint, and windows (around 40 characters long)

Yep I have tried installing from all three USB ports i believe, and running in a live system without the ability to access my SSID though like I said before I can log onto the SSID with a different Wifi Adapter (Older N300 Netgear RangeMAX), and I have done this with nothing other than the install medium (albeit an Optical Disc or USB Drive), and the Wifi Adapter plugged in that I am trying to use.

It's a long shot but check the output of:
rfkill list
If the wireless interface shows a soft block, run:
sudo rfkill unblock all

Nah there is nothing blocked, but that's alright for the time being I think I will just think about it a little, and maybe try some other things eventually down the road unless somebody else has another suggestion that I did not try. I really do not believe that this is something that I did, but then again I have been wrong before, and Bunsen is still being polished anyway.
I got this:
1: phy1: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: no
