AWESOME ... and a 45 year old man walks like a 70 year old man 25 years ago, or maybe not!

I has to start walking as exercise when they put 2 stents a year and a half ago. At that time it took and hour and 15 minutes to walk to our little neighbourhood "downtown" and back, and I was winded. Today it takes 40-45 minutes and not even a sweat. But then I'm only 6.8.

Lol I have foot pain, and walking too much wears me the heck out. I'm on me feet all dang day anyway.

Not in my case, I went from a 'plump' enough guy, that my wife's cousins always called me Santa at Christmas, to a 'thinner' me.

Mind you getting 2 stents and being told to walk did wonders, I walk everywhere now.

I can't remember the official age of majority for OTHBG voting rights (sounds like a qualification!), but I reckon if you feel like you belong you are welcome to be a member! Just as long as you don't sit in my armchair by the fire in the Club Lounge :

Although I don't feel like I belong to the OTHBG yet (only 52 and a half so far), still I wish you all Happy New Year, and I wish we see each other here on BL forum next year as well
