Yes, that's the feature I meant, thank you for the clarification. I used Lancelot start-menu on KDE, which can be started without clicking, just hovering over its icon for a pre-configured time. I liked this launching method, tried to figure out whether there is something like that on tint2. Otherwise tint2 works great for me, the only little thing I sometimes miss is a line to separate two non-active desktops (atm a wallpaper with such lines in the background is kind of a workaround). Edit: Just noticed there is the separator-feature since 0.13, going to try it out.

^ If you want to run something with via a mouse movement, then you could use the bl-hotcorners script, from bunsen-utilities.
