Update Spotify as soon as possible

This applies to all desktop clients (Linux, Mac, and Windows). If you have the Spotify client installed on an SSD, prior versions are doing 10's of millions of excess disk writes. I assume it is even somewhat necessary on HDD's, too.

An apt-get upgrade has just brought in version 1.0.42, so presumably that's fixed it. Most of the time I use the web interface with Firefox, which has the advantage that adblock stops the ads, even on a free account. I don't know if it's any safer though.
