bl-login-1920xtoomanypixels.png

My login screen has large black bars below and to the side of the background image. I imagine it's because the image is bl-login-1920x1200.png. I thought it'd be a quick fix to replace it, but come to find out, all the images in /usr/share/backgrounds/bunsen/bunsen-images/bl-default/ are 1920x1200. My monitor is 1920x1080, and I imagine the aspect ratio difference is responsible for the black areas? Does anyone have a 1920x1080 version of that image?

Re: bl-login-1920xtoomanypixels.png

It should resize to the screen (graphics driver issue?), but as a workaround...

/usr/share/backgrounds/bunsen/bunsen-images/bl-default/<image>  --> GIMP --> resize it ??

My monitor is the same size as yours, with no problem, so there is something else happening on your system.

Re: bl-login-1920xtoomanypixels.png

I just installed backported proprietary nvidia drivers, and that was necessary to get my 2nd monitor working. My 2nd monitor is 1280x1024. It's screen is filled with the full wallpaper. I'm not having any other graphical issues with the new driver. (Except maybe needing to turn vsync on)
