Got a super basic BL clone going on arch with full disk encryption.  Think I'm gonna stick with this for a while.  Not much to maintain.

^ @hhh - thanks, and a most excellent link. Hiking the back country today. Wallpaper is the old Charles Towne Road heading to the coast; road dates to mid 1700's and still in it's original location. Ends up somewhere in your neck of the woods.

Re: April 2018 Screenshots

@hhh it's solid man.  Like the colorscheme.  Didn't get any issues in the installer.  It was just like the install script with some mods to the windecs from a few months ago.  I've kind of been on a journey since the Ubuntu LTS upgrade cycle.  It's the same every 2 years since all my servers use 16.04 at work.  I think I've kind of settled on Voyager.  I'm kind of in between the old school and new school.

Thanks hhh. You must have great eyesight to spot Hilary in that thumbnail  smile

Gimp 2.10 is out
scrot24136.th.png
(Scrot is showing gimp 2.10 rc2 (flatpak))

Preliminary observations of this rc2 flatpak:
- Starts really fast
- Some (all?) filters are really fast due to multi-threading
- GUI looks really old and tired.
- Flatpak version can't find apt installed darktable (I guess thats the limitation of this container stuff?)

Flatpaks share libraries so try installing the flatpak version of darktable.

I'm trying out graphics/aqsis:

Note also the true colour support in OpenBSD's xterm cool
