Openbox, my kind of perfection

What are those shadows! I want to steal them!
Here's my crunchy bangey xfce hybrid frankenstein of a desktop. I was going to but BL-He in here but I didn't want to risk my backup partition, so plain old Debian Stable.

Viewnior it was mine as well before I discovered FEH. My system is very old, therefore FEH + scripts was the best possible solution. Yeah Viewnior is fine and lighter application.
I used to like gThumb aswell but damn this apps is too bloated although the layout isn't bad at all.
Giving archlabs a spin for awhile.
Nice distro, Nice setup! Indeed ArchLabs devs have worked hard to make it simple.
Sometimes keeping it simple a distro is the most sophisticated duty. (view my personal experience)
Hope you enjoy Steve!

Thanks! Also shadow-radius 12, can't afford because small screen real estate but amazing.

That's sleek, I like it. Hopefully I remember to try once I build my desktop.
Also my riced up netbook is reporting it's BL-H but I've upgraded the underlying Debian to Stretch. Is this a bug?

I am really digging that wallpaper. Would you mind sharing it?

Bunsenlabs on my Surface Pro IV. This is still a work in progress. I am uploading the tint2 executor scripts to my github account but don't consider them stable yet, as the source is subject to change. I am building this to be a bit more touch friendly. This design assumes you will basically never see the desktop as screen real estate is at a premium, so I have decided to re-create the conky information as tint2 executables. I am writing the executor scripts in python, using the python psutil module, along with pygtk, when windows are needed.
The per_cpu script still needs to check that it is the only instance running before starting up. i may add more info into the window at some point. I also need to do some code reorganizing in the source, as at the moment, it is depending on some global variables, which is not ideal. However, I have managed to get pygtk2 stuff working and have a simple threading model implemented.
Everything is a little bigger to account for the fact that I have short stubby fingers.

Something less vaporwavy. But somehow I think (could be me, might be me, wouldn't be surprised) it still has some vaporwave (80's style) to it. I have some arrangement cleanup on the conky to do, but there's a LOT of it to cleanup so I might just dump the code somewhere and live with it as it is. Anyway:

Wew, I don't even know that it has scripts.
What scripts do You have Nili? It must be interesting

I'm also using a small screen. 12px radius for 1366x768 is evil

Reconfiguring fluxbox key bindings
Care to share, please?
edit: Just rediscovered your FVWM configuration thread.
Maybe Fluxbox deserves its own. Actually it exists.

# A simple script to pass random pictures when we're on fullscreen mode. I've got on Arch Wiki times ago.
#! /bin/sh
feh -F "$(dirname "$1")" --start-at "$1" --fontpath /usr/share/feh/fonts/ --font terminus/14 --fontpath /usr/share/feh/fonts/ --menu-font terminus/14 --draw-exif
# makes zoom +/- with mouse wheel, instead of flipping images.
This is my favorite feature. I really like to zoom in/out with mouse wheel. Must placed on a txt called "buttons" inside of feh folder.
zoom_in 4
zoom_out 5

Using fluxbox as a window manager
I should probably post this in the BL fluxbox thread too, I forgot one was started.
